Well, before I begin this little blurp I have to tell you I already wrote it and it was good! Then I went to copy it and well deleted the whole thing! OMG! so here I am trying to recreate it just as I had it. Ugh, you know how frustrating that is! So here we go again...
How to have beautiful skin from the inside out: Someone once told me that "we should embrace getting older" Yes, of course, we should however that doesn't mean that we can't do it gracefully.
The couple of tips or suggestions that I'll tell you today is that we really do need to start from the inside. We are told that eating healthy can play a huge role in glowing, fresh skin and that is absolutely the truth. Drinking water and eating fruits and veggies will show in your skin. Eating like crap will also show in your skin, as dull, not happy, aging skin. It's the truth and here are 2 things that I do to make sure I have fresh, glowing, healthy. less wrinkly skin, as I'm aging gracefully.
Each month I do a 3-day detox to ignite my digestive system and remove toxins, I'm not perfect and don't eat clean and lean all of the time. I also enjoy my margaritas. This is great because it's 3 days and you take it at night. It's a combination of Aloe, apple pectin, lemon, ginger, and fiber. Really cleans out the gut and soothes the GI tract. A natural cleanser. Love it and so does my skin!
My 2nd tip will come as no surprise... it's the liquid collagen. Ya, know when you turn 40 things start just happening. I love the Skin liquid collagen and here is one reason why I do... The skin has ceramides in it. Ceramides help create a barrier to prevent permeability. This locks moisture into your skin, which helps prevent dryness and irritation. Amen!
Easy to take, 1 tablespoon in the morning and 1 tablespoon at night.
